Introduction
Our mobile crushing plant is wheel type, which can be easily moved to anywhere you want for crushing work. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, building material, especially for the liquid material processing in industries, for instance, highway, railway and water power engineering. 1. It combined the advantages of hydraulic jack-up and mechanical legs.
2. Vibrating screen is lifted by hydraulic cylinder, which can rise and fall with the lower belt conveyor at the same time.
3. The upper chute is equipped with vibrating motor, which can effectively avoid material blocked.
4. Hopper above the feeder is hydraulically controlled to fold.
5. Jaw crusher is with floating link, which ensures a reliable operation with less vibration.
6. Steering traction shaft is adopted, and it is convenient for road transportation and for going to the working site.
7. Vehicle-mounted supports are adopted, which is easier for equipment quickly installing and working.
